bSolv was founded in 2009 in Atlanta Georgia with a mission to provide Health and Human Services (HHS) organizations with top flight business domain and information technology services and solutions. bSolv is a privately held LLC. The company was founded by Rob Marchant, a serial entrepreneur, who had successfully run consulting and software businesses in both Telecommunications and Government solutions. Rob's background includes starting a number of successful businesses as well as executive responsibility for global HHS operations.

The bSolv business model is to hire experienced consultants who have either worked directly for a State in a senior position or who have worked for a government-focused Systems Integrator. A typical bSolv consultant has over twenty (20) years of experience in their respective field and has worked at a senior or executive level. bSolv has grown its experienced and trusted team through an extensive network of existing relationships and through personal referrals.
