Processing Center Success!

bSolv led the effort to turn around the operations of a centralized eligibility Processing Center responsible for processing paper-based applications, renewals, and verifications. The center had backlogs of over 6-months across all work queues and was falling further behind every day. Over a period of 5 months bSolv optimized operations and eliminated backlogs. Over 50% of the staff were then freed to work outside the Processing Center.

After remediating the operations, bSolv continued to evolve and professionalize the Processing Center. This involved changing the culture and approach to use quantitative-based decision making. Key metrics were tracked daily and summarized weekly and monthly in consolidated dashboards. The business now uses a statistical-based QA process to continually measure and drive quality improvements. It uses metrics and trendlines to forecast workload and adjusts the workforce in a planned manner.

State Based Marketplace Success!

bSolv provided technical and policy advisory services to a New England state and helped that State from inception to implementation. The marketplace went live on time and is recognized nationally as one of the most successful marketplaces.
